Immanuel Consultancy was founded in 2005 by John Cowley - who is the principal consultant. Following a poor customer experience, rather than just complain, I decided to help provide solutions to the company, a satellite TV shopping channel. The company implemented a number of my suggestions and also asked for further assistance.

Since then, a diverse range of businesses and organizations have benefited from my suggestions.
